• Bluetooth Scanning: The Application scans for nearby Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices using your device's Bluetooth hardware. All scanning and analysis occurs locally on your device.
• Device Analysis: Any BLE device information discovered is processed and displayed solely within the Application on your device.
• Local Storage: User preferences, favorite devices, and settings are stored locally on your device using iOS or Android local storage mechanisms. This data never leaves your device.
• No Internet Connection Required: The Application does not require an internet connection to function and does not transmit any data over the internet.

4. Bluetooth Permissions

The Application requires Bluetooth permissions to scan for and connect to Bluetooth Low Energy devices. These permissions are used exclusively for the core functionality of the Application:

• Scanning for nearby BLE devices
• Connecting to BLE devices
• Reading and writing BLE characteristics
• Monitoring BLE device status

All Bluetooth operations are performed locally on your device. No information about discovered devices or Bluetooth activity is transmitted to us or any third party.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application does not integrate with, utilize, or transmit data to any third-party services, including:

• Analytics services
• Advertising networks
• Crash reporting services
• Cloud storage services
• Social media platforms
• Any other third-party service providers

6. Data Security

Since the Application does not collect, store, or transmit any user data to external servers, there is no risk of your data being intercepted, accessed, or compromised through our systems. All data generated by the Application remains on your device and is subject to your device's security measures and platform security protocols (iOS or Android).
